Replacement/Exchange Policy


‘The Honeymoon Dress’ is a curated collection of sexy nightwear and innerwear for women. Each product goes into multiple stages of quality checks before finally getting approved for the sales. The products also undergo a second round of quality check before they are dispatched to our customers. As all the products sold on our website belong to the category, Nightwear, and Innerwear, we do not offer a return on any product due to hygiene issues. 

We offer ONLY replacement/exchange of the product purchased IF any of the below issues is present.

1) Manufacturing defect, 2) Damage while transportation, 3) Product received in the open/damaged package.

For the replacement of the product, you need to instantly mail us at 'marketing.thehoneymoondress@gmail.com' with a subject line, 'Replacement Request' with images of the received product. Any request received after 24 hours from receipt of the product will not be entertained. 

The returnable product should have the original tags intact (If any), should not be worn or washed and return request on the mail should not exceed 1 day after receipt of the product otherwise the replacement policy will not be applicable.

For the replacement of any product, follow these 3 simple steps.

Step 1 – Raise a Request for the Replacement/Exchange

Mail us at 'marketing.thehoneymoondress@gmail.com'  with the subject line ‘Replacement Request’. Include the reason for the replacement of the product from the above 3 mentioned reasons and attach images/photographs if required. Our customer care team will check the eligibility of the product for the return and assist accordingly with the return process.

Step 2 – Ship the product to us

After raising the request for the replacement, just pack the product in the original box/packing bag and ship the product on the address provided to you by the customer care person. Note that the return shipment should reach us within 7 working days after confirmation from the customer care.

Step 3 – Processing of the returned item/Dispatch of new product

Once we receive the returned product, we will check if the product has been returned in the same state as delivered. Once our quality team gives approval, we will dispatch the other product as selected by you. This entire process will take a maximum of 7 working days. For any status updates regarding return/exchange, kindly mail us on the email 'marketing.thehoneymoondress@gmail.com' and our representative will assist you within 24 hours. 

Important Note: Replacement/Exchange will only be entertained against manufacturing defects or damage during transportation. The management team of 'The Honeymoon Dress' reserves the final right to accept or reject the return request.

Refund Policy - 

In case of not receiving the product at all even after paying for the product for any reasons, we shall initiate a refund of the money to your bank account once intimated by the customer. The refund of money shall take 7 to 10 working days to get credited and reflected in the bank account.
